Does your toddler hide while having a bowel movement?

I was just curious as to how many children while still in diapers and not potty trained completely go hide in a corner or where ever to have a bowel movement? I find it so funny as my 4 year old did this and my 2 year old in potty training mode does this as well. Just this morning when I went to get him from bed he said "noooooo" and put his hand up to me and told me to get out. I knew what he was doing and he wanted piece and quiet to to his thing. It's the cutest thing but just curious why they do it when they are even sitting on the potty and just standing where ever. Thanks.
