Greek Mythology question?

I think it's probably his bravery and leadership. Because he was brave, he got the opportunity to get his land back because he accepted to find the Golden Fleece. Because he had a good sense of leadership, his crew safely (sorta) reached the Golden Fleece and obtained it. This is important to Greek Society because bravery and leadership .....?
