i never really thought about it but i don't see why it would be a huge problem. they make shirts (even dress shirts) for grown men and they wear them all the time. i suppose I would steer clear of pink for a boy if he was very young just so people wouldn't confuse him for a girl but i don't really think it matters, kids don't tend to care what they wear (at young ages)

Not at all. It is one of my worst qualities, because I am very negative about new people. I was just curious as to how many children while still in diapers and not potty trained completely go hide in a corner or where ever to have a bowel movement? I find it so funny as my 4 year old did this and my 2 year old in potty training mode does this as well. Growing up, I have come to realize that happiness is always achievable, and is not restricted by certain careers. My mother is a successful medical doctor and my father is a happy banker. But contrary to my parents' hopes for me to enter an intellectually professional field, such as medicine or finance, I am interested in fighting. I hate being restricted by my physical limits: I always try to force my body to perform beyond its capabilities. Often times, I easily get into a tenacious fighting spirit where I want to pit myself against undefeated fighters. I want to confront the biggest ****** in the world, and to warn God to either help me or watch me perform the impossible by unleashing and risking everything for a total, unhindered victory. My parents will be emotionally devastated if I become a boxer, but it is the only field that gives me motivation to relieve my emotional frustrations. I am currently taking multiple AP and honor classes, but I have trouble concentrating in class; therefore, my grades are merely satisfactory. So, from an educational view point, I am a hopeless loser being a senior--starting from August--in high school. I have decided to become a boxer or an MMA fighter after high school, and to attempt to specialize in pertinent fields. From a practical outlook, I will probably incur significant brain damage from the career and will be a destitute. But I want to fight and survive on loans and fight pays during my initial young years. And when my physique will wean because of age, I will commit suicide via drug intake. Honestly, my fickle belief in God changes based on my amount of positive perceptions of life. So, if he exists, he should forgive me for taking my life instead of facing the dire remainder of my petty life as a wearing, old remanent of a force of unbending will. My friend's dad has melanoma, skin cancer if you didn't know, and he's literally dying right infront of her. So I'm from Canada and down in the states for a while. I'm staying with family here. So I didn't know anyone so I went up and talked with the guy who works at the front entrance. Because there's drugs out there, plus predators on the computer, your parents think they are doing the "right thing" by restricting you so you won't get caught up in these terrible things that are going on in the world today. Actually, what they should be doing is working WITH you, as an up and coming young person who "they" want to"be a success" in life. Did you here yourself say "im such a loser"? Show them this...this is what they are creating! a child who feels like she is a loser! Like she has done something wrong by being good! So, (I live in San Francisco) the minute they set you free, you might want to find out what all these bad things they are restricting you from. Their making you resentful and depressed. I said I live in San Francisco because when I was younger (I'm a mom too) tons of kids who were so controlled as are you, escaped from their enviorment and came here so they could finally breath. Tons of them got on drugs and never made it back home. If your parents want you to not rebel by the time your 18 (or before), tell them your a young girl developing into a woman someday soon and their restricting your development where you'll have to go out and find out the hard way, by yourself! This is cruel and unusual punishment in my opinion! If you love your child, meet their friends, talk about WHY their controling your computer, WHY their restricting you from everything where you have cacuned yourself into having "no social life to please them", while your brother runs "scott free" probably thinking about doing many of the things your not allowed to do. OMG, think about it!!

I don't think people can answer this one for you hun.. Even if theyv been in yoursituation. Different people get affected differently. My brother died and everyone around me distanced themselves cos they didn't know how to approach the situation.. So I was very lonely. A man kept going out of his way to see me.. Me being at a bad place in my life let him in. Dated him and found myself too afraid to leave. He was abusive.. I got sicker and skinier and sadder and started to believ I needed him cos no one else could love me.. As abuse has these affects on people. Lucky for me, one night he threw me down the stairs in the dark and locked the door. I was forced to live in my car, but I was finally released from him. For years I was like a little mouse. Afraid of people.. If it sounded like sum1 was at my door I'd run to the shower so they'd think I was unavailable.. Once you start letting positiv things into your life (which takes courage to begin with) you'll be able to let all the toxic go.. The only person your hurting is yourself.. Revenge will not make you feel better. But if you just pitty them, and not expect more of these people, you will realize you don't need to even waste your thort or heart on them.. And when you forget what they taught you about yourself and when you learn to see you in perspective.. You'll see your a strong amazing person that endured through so much. When you start to undo what theyv done, you'll start to learn to appreciate the good in you. And when you love yourself, it will be easier to let sum1 love you.. Xxx I hope that helped.

ive got a 10 month old b&t blue tick mix coon dog..i trapped a coon in one them foot traps... well..at first i just took him back there and he would smell it.. but kinda scared (he was a house dog for 8 months).. so i went and got my 6 or 7 month old full blooded husky .. he wasnt scared at all but once the coon dog seen the other one wasnt scared he got braver every minute barkin and biting at thecoon he got in there but still not like the other dog but he got on that coon prrety good.. so my question is.. do ya think he'd only be good if he was with other dogs or if he will get used to it? and if i should be concerned that he was a little timied at first? the dog has had no traing ..but he was followin a trail where i seen the coon go..anytips and advice? please and thank you

Im 5 months pregnant and i feel so alone.....?

my fiancee and i are pregnant with our first child... it was an unplanned pregnancy, but a wonderful and exciting surprise! as soon as i found out i became the healthiest mommy to be! quit smoking/ drinking/ im on my second pregnancy book... eating healthy/ yoga/ saving money... im all into the "trying to be a good mommy to be" jive!!! my fiancee on the other hand is excited about having our first child, but he is not there for me mentally or physically. i read him little quotes and lines out of my pregnancy books but i feel he isnt listening... or he doesnt care. he comes home from work and sits his *** in front of the tv or plays video games until i get home from work. and once i walk through the door after working 8 hours on my feet all day.... he wants to kno whats for dinner!? wouldnt a wonderful man ask his woman "how was your day honey? can i rub your feet for you, cause i kno youve been standing on them all day? let me make dinner tonight! let me do the dishes/ laundry!" but noooooo.... and for him to help me around the house... ha forget it. he will help if i ask him 5 or 6 times... then he will get huffy puffy when he finally does help. he acts like a child. i kno that im more hormonal but mentally it is taking a toll on me... we argue.. and i cry more. and he knows i cry but doesnt do anything about it. and on top of that he is drinking more. not every night but at least 1 or 2 nights a week, then weekends... spending more time with his buddies. he invites me out with them... which is great i get to feel involved and eat a nice meal or two but once he starts drinking we end up staying at a restaurant with a bar for hours and i have to bug him to leave cause my pregnant *** is tired! then he gets mad at me cause i want to leave. and of course i have to drive his drunk *** home. i do not think he understands what im going through carrying this child. ive tried talking with him about it.. and he says he will change... and he will be the best man for a couple of days... then its back to normal again... he does it all over and he just blames me for being angry and upset with him over stupid things because of my hormones. oh and dont let me forget.... sex? ha ill just forget about that... its like pulling teeth to get him to make love to me. we used to make love at least 3-4 times a week... now its once every two weeks? i dont understand. is he not attracted to my baby bump body? it makes me upset and im becoming depressed. i do not kno what else to do. please help?

WHAT is wrong with me?!?!?

Before I was pregnant I was 135lbs. Then After having my son 3-years-ago I was at a steady 145lbs. Well, the last 4 or 5 mos or so I gained weight. There was no change in my lifestyle and if anything I eat healthier. I'm not a junk food junkie, but I do drink coffee every day. They are ALWAYS skinny mochas though (non fat milk, sugar free syrup) with no whip or extras. I have also been doing stability ball training lately and doing crunches. You'd THINK it would cause weight loss, but noooooo. This morning I stepped on the scale and it said 154lbs. WTF? About a year and a half ago my doctor put me on a small dose of levothyroxine for underactive thyroid. It hasn't been checked since. Do you think that is what could be causing the problem? Advice please??? I don't want this to get out of hand.

i have had many and all of my rats from the pet store they arent bad or anything but if you have a pet store try to get one that has them that isnt real big like petsmart and the ones from that store are much better and heathy than the ones from petsmart but the ones from petsmart are cureable and they have all lived they just need a little more attention but i have never and probably will never buy from a breeder cause that is just if you want to breed succesfull pure rats but if not everything is fine from buying from petstores it is mailnly just how you think your petstore treat their animals i no that petco takes better care of their animals since they are mainly a supplier store not animal so its your choice but there is nothing wrong with it.

A Les Paul is almost perfect for any type of music. And the Spider series are good amps for cheap, yes. But i would reccomend looking at Marshall too. The Mg DFX series are good amps, i have the MG15 DFX and it is great but the spider series does more, effect wise.

Well, first off, no one will ever do anything for God because they are taking the checklist approach. What I mean by that is your father, should not be telling you what to do and how to get right with God. Now, I have been going to church my whole life, but I still was into drugs and stealing and things like that. It took the love of God to change. I didn't want to do anything anyone told me to and I dont serve God just because the Bible says. I only serve God because he served me first, personally in my life. Now as to what to do about your father, I would talk to him about shoving his beliefs down your throat and if he is a Christian that love like Jesus loved and be slow to anger like Jesus did.

Perhaps he's scared or intimidated by the really pretty girls. Pretty girls are purely confident especially when they know they're pretty, and can take advantage of men. I let my first love slip away from me?

it was the end of my highschool career, i had only been going to this new shcool for one year and i had always loved this one girl who was in atleast 4 of my classes. i never built up courage to talk to her and because i was new i had no one that knew her, as the end of the year approached i started feeling sad about never seeing her again so i decided to tell her how i felt at graduation. know that i have never actualy talked to this girl and i was just taking a lucky shot at telling her how i felt after the graduation alone. i told her she was beautiful and that it wouldnt feel right going into the real world with out conquroing something that made me nervous, she was flattered and thanked me and said i was real nice for saying such kind words to some one who could use them. i never expected anything to happen, simply because we barely knew each other and the fact were going to different colleges but i cant help but shake the fact that if i had the courage i had today to talk to her in the beggining of the year i would be with her right now and happy. i look back on it and i regret not doing so early. but all this taught me a GREAT lesson, i will NEVER put off talking to a chick whom i like/love, i feel like there is an empty spot in my heart but it was supose to happen for me to learn this lesson. i try to forget her but i always think about her and it makes me sick. i feel brave that i told her how i felt, and humbled but still hurt that i never got hte chance with her. is it ok to feel this way?

Is it safe to use tampons while using Monistat for yeast infections?

I have been using the Monistat 7 day treatment, and have 2 more suppositories to use until completed. I started my period yesterday and had no choice but to use a tampon because I wasn't home, I have been reading online and some say its okay to use a tampon and others say "NOOOOOO", so I am a little confused. Well I like this girl and im not sure if she likes me but anyways here's what happened. One day i spoke to her and she got a little mad at me for something really small, then she made peace with me one day in the cafeteria( That was in the 9th grade, Now in the 10th), so she went up and said "Hey um, I don't want us to fight anymore. Friends?" and naturally i shook her hand and said yes. And she smiled and walked off. Well on the last day of school last year, we could basically go to any classroom we wanted to hang out with friends and stuff and she was in a classroom i was in. So she walked up to me and was asking me about my family and how I was and was giving me a light pat on the shoulder and sounding nervous as ever, and her friends just 5 minutes before where her and her friends arguing across the room and she said "NO, Im NOT afraid!". Then this year, I was at open-house so my parents could meet my teachers and stuff and her friend was staring at me practically the WHOLE time. Then about 2 weeks later, I was hanging out with my friends after school and i saw her in the background arguing with a friend, so her friend said "Just go talk to hiiimmmm" and she said "NOOOOOO" and pulled her friend by her hand and walked really fast around the corner around a plier and walked up to another friend and said hi and stuff but for some reason avoided me. So i recently added her on my Facebook after not seeing her for a LONG time, and found out that she switched schools (now im sad T.T) and iv'e been trying to talk to her on Facebook but only got to talk to her once.( This ALL took place from about a year ago to now). I've only mentioned this topic to them only 3 times and they got fed up and grounded me. I always go to the mall or at my friend's house and can't get a ride all the time because I have to use my friend's phone all the time. It's so embarrassing! I do after school activities and I have to walk home from school everyday. Im going to be a freshman and my parents said not until your 17. What the hell?! I know I have the money, but if they catch me that I bought a phone I'll face dire consequences. My High school is too far from our house for me to walk home and If I miss the bus then im stuck there. pre paid and contract are my only options. I don't use the home phone because when ever someone calls It crackles and I dint hear the person at all. My mom has an android powered phone and my dad has the Iphone 4. I get teased and laughed at during the school year and just took it from everyone until the very end. My social life has taken a huge hit when I went from 5th grade to 6th grade because most parents got their kids a phone. I asked my parents why they haven't got me one yet and they replied back that wait until your 7th grade. I said ok and waited but surprise surprise I didn't get it. This lie has went on for three damn years. My plan for me is to intentionally get lost and get found so I can tell my parents. I just don't want a cell phone it's a necessity for me to get transportation and socialize. I'm in a situation where I can't buy a prepaid or contract phone.

My parents are horrible with money?!?! And strict!!?

Im 14 years old and my mom and dad are soooo bad at taking care of their money... They want to go out to eat (30 dollars) like 3 or 4 times a week WHILE they apparantly cant afford cable or sattelite which they cut a couple of months ago.. My dads a freaking architect who went to freakin Yale, but business is crap for architects right now. He was basically unemployed for about a year but got a new good job like 4 months ago. But noooooo my stupid untechnical money-stupid mom says "its not in the budget" and they brush me off whenver i suggest that. I met my boyfriend while he was on an exchange to Australia at my school. We were really good friends for the whole of his year and a half exchange and we started going out a few months before he was due to go home to Switzerland. I thought I could handle letting it go when he left but we became so close that neither of us could handle breaking up. We Facebook mailed and skyped fairly often at the start and he would always say how much he was missing me and loved me, but as he got busier and time went on he got more and more distant when he would talk to me and contacted me less and less. It got to the stage where he wouldn't reply to my mail and would only talk to me if I happened to be online on Facebook chat. Now he hasn't talked to me for more than a month, even though I kept mailing him and even txtd his phone. We've been together for around 7 months now, and I came to accept that we both had to live our own lives and couldn't be messaging etc 24/7. But this is just too much. I wouldn't even mind not talking to him if he would just let me know he was busy or couldn't talk, but he just won't say anything to me. He could have died for all I know. I just want to have my thoughts straightened out so I know where I stand, whether were together or not, but last time I checked, just ignoring someone isn't a clear way of breaking up. Should I just break up with him to make it clear what our status is? He was the sweetest most sensible and mature person, I never would have thought he would break up with me in this way if that's what he's trying to do. I was sure he would be brave enough to just tell me his feelings. I'm just confused and want to be out of this unsure situation. What should I do?

Just lost baby, should i take new job?

i have currently been working at home at my job only part time. i have full benefits and all the perks. i just had a baby who passed shortly after and now being with my family is very important to me. my partner works at home also so we see each other most of the time. we get along wonderfully as well as the fact we have a nanny that watches them at the house. at my current job, ive just been offered a fulltime position but they cannot garauntee that i will be able to work at home or not. i live 1 hr away from the site. from what they have told me, before training, i will need to turn in my at home computer and everything. i will be making good money, its 8-5 and only one saturday a month. so far we have been dependent on my partner to bring in the money but i know this money will help us lot, especially since we have hired a surrogate an dcould possibly be having twins in this next year. however we are not in dire need- but we dont know the future. my main issue is not being able to spend time with my family the way that i have been. i know lots of people would love to have a job but again this is the same company that i have been working for for 4 years. my family is very important especially with what just happened, i want to treasure all of my time with them but do u think the extra money will be worth it in the long run? i am also in school right now. just wanna know wjhat u guys think. its a real tug of war.

Just Wondering... Why Do People Smoke?

It's just something I can't understand for the life of me. I'm 17, pretty athletic, and I care about my body. I'm going to bootcamp this August (USMC ALL DAY xD), and I'm pretty healthy and thank God for that. However, I have more friends that smoke than don't. Why in the world would you want to create a problem in your body when you were blessed enough to have the option to avoid it? It smells terrible, it's long-term affects are anything but good. I hear the, why do you care what I put into my body? And the I'm going to die anyways. And if I get cancer that's my problem. NOOOOOO, do you have any idea of how agonizing a cancerous death is? My grandfather served in Vietnam, and died 10 years ago of colon cancer. The cause was said most likely from Agent Orange. He didn't smoke, and I remember when he was dying, you could literally see him slowly dying, getting sicker and sicker. They had to get him on a helicopter once to get him to a hospital and he was screaming. Cancer isn't just an 'o'well' kind of disease, it's no joke. If nothing good comes from it besides a temporary relaxation, why would you do it? Besides it's super expensive, think about all the money you could've saved or better ways you could've spent it. I don't know, I just want to see a reason that actual looks somewhat legit...

Gifts for daughter's best friend?

In April, my daughter's best friend moved to Florida. The other girl's mother and I am each going to drive half way, my daughter is getting in their car and we are both driving to our own houses. You can not change the format that the camera records in and it actually varies model to model, not brand to brand. I have one Canon that shoots AVIs and another that does MOVs. It is just another one of those "features" that needs to be researched before you buy.

We live in western,NC now & it is horrible. They do the TEACCH program here & it just hasn't worked for him ever. He is now 9&1/2 yrs old. Completely Non-verbal. He has NO form of communication, PECS, signs or speech. He has severe behaviors because of this. Am I being cruel divorcing wife of 26 years?

I usually advise couples to do all they can to make a marriage work, but in your situation it appears as if your wife's main concern is about finances, even saying you can date as long as there is no divorce. This leads me to think she is not being sincere when saying she is now willing to work on things. Still, at the face of doing the right thing, why not give it another shot at counseling. Maybe if during this time she can truly hear how much pain this marriage has caused you she will then see how much she needs to change. If after doing this and things still do not improve over time, then of course the reasonable thing to do would be to divorce her. For now it seems her only reason to hold on to you is to be able to continue with you helping her out financially and that is no reason to stay married. Good luck to you!

What is up with her, what is her problem?

Situation is: Daughter has teenaged sons. Good boys. She spends noooooo time at all with them. I mean it has been months since she's spent a full day with them. She's just as happy as a clam, going to this party, that event, this and that, hanging out with this friend, going to that friend's house when she's not at work. The boyfriend's at her house all the time. Seems the gatekeeper has opened the gate, let the boyfriend, his friends and family in, and her own children out. The boys are at my house so they're safe and my husband and I enjoy having them around. They don't seem to care what she does as long as she doesn't drag them around with her or include them. I seem to be the only one who is baffled by this behavior. No one else seems to care or they just dismiss it and her as not having good sense or something. I just can't for the life of me figure this one out. Can't wrap my head around something like this. What is going on? Reminds me of the mother in the movie "Flowers in the Attic" who didn't care anything anymore about her kids. Just moved on with her life. What kind of stuff is this? Thinking of runing away?

it's not that i hate my family, heck there the best thing in my life. Just i have anxiety problems and im too shy, i stress out over little things and take anything personally. I feel like my best friend doesn't want to be my friend anymore and i'll have nobody. It sucks to say but i cry alot at night, and suicidal thoughts have happened before even an attempt or 2 but i never cut. Also for a year now i've worried about my weight, i think it's an eating disorder. I can't tell anyone though i don't want to be one of them people who need "help" but i can't leave it any longer. Thats why i want to run away, into a city and live off the streets. Okay, folks... It's complicated. It started almost 2 years ago. I went to school canteen and one time I noticed some guy seemed staring at me more often than he should. I disappeared from my usual haunts, I disappeared from where I go to meals. I avoided him from the distance. .... then, just months ago, I relaxed a bit, and went to dinner with friends as they took me along. And it's him again. I am sure if he really isn't interested, he needs not look at me at all, or even walk by or sit near. It's so fishy (and annoying, in a way). I really wish he's braver and more confident. He's always so shy before me (not a word like a man!) And I asked myself, if I still like him, and at this moment, I think yes, still to some extent. But I don't want this to be obsessive. It's not the point. Should I sit back and wait, or should I muster up some courage and ask him out (again!). Gifts for daughter's best friend?

In April, my daughter's best friend moved to Florida. The other girl's mother and I am each going to drive half way, my daughter is getting in their car and we are both driving to our own houses. Ha Micheal I know exactly what your talking about and I am glad you are not the only one who found this out, people have given up on the impossible lately and I believe it is because they do not believe in themselves anymore, in this generation women and men are both a huge disgrace , we get pregnant early and have more sex partners, we cannot be strong and brave because most of us are being carried away like wind into the superficial media swirl of brainwash. The strong and virgin ones like me can detect a strong male person like you yourself. I have a serious problem! Colour calibration I think?

When I take a picture on my D300 it looks great, I import it onto Lightroom / Photoshop it still looks fine. I edit the picture etc etc looks exactly how I want it to, I upload it onto Flickr or Tumblr and it looks dire! Grey, washed out, underexposed, dull etc etc. I really don't know what to do but the images seem to come up fine when uploaded onto Facebook but when I want a website etc i cant use facebook! I just got a new puppy and was wonderin' if my older dog will hurt/kill him?

The puppy is about 2 months old and my older dog is about 6-7 yrs. I spend about the same amount of time with both but I can tell my older dog is very jealous. Also, my older dog is usually tied up unless I let him inside which I do about every day till he wants to go back out. So far the pup was keeping his distance from my dog, but he kept gettin' just a bit braver and more curious. So finally today he was too brave and my dog had the pup on it's back standing over him and had the pup yelpin' like crazy. I think my dog was just tryin' to show dominance/ teach the pup manners/etc. because the pup wasn't hurt, only scared. Once the pup was away from my dog he was all happy again so I'm guessin' that was probably it? Also, we had just moved, so could my dog be upset over that too? Any advice or reassurance is greatly appreciated : )

Why do people constantly screw up unemployment?

I live in de and work for a construction company. Ive been laid off for a 2nd time, due to lack of work. the first time was shortly after christmas, so i had to initially open my claim, everything was fine (for me at least; oother people i wprk with didnt get their checks due to the workers at the labor office screwing it up). And now recently, i was laid off again, and i previously attempted to file for partial unemploment, and never recieved anything, never got anything in mail or anything to tell me why i didnt get it. I was finally able to call the office and find out that my claim had to be re-opened: no big deal. However, this past sunday i called in the claim, just like i did before and the checks are normally sent on mondays. If you call the number, you can check the status and it tells you when the last check was sent. Well for one reason or another, i have no check that has been sent, and im in dire need of money now, my checking account is down to $1, and no unemployment. So why do the people who work there constantly screw up things like this? I could understand if it was a few people here or there, but its rediculous for this to happen all the time to alot of people. I also understand accidents happen, but this seems like more than just "accidents".
