What should I do for my boss's 41st birthday?

I started a new job earlier this year. Long story short, I didn't know when my boss's birthday was (and no one told me), so we all missed it. To make it even worse, it was his 40th birthday! So now I want to make sure that we do something ridiculously big for his 41st birthday, but I am in dire need of suggestions. Anyone??
