Yes or noooooo? help me pleaseee, ?

My boyfriend and I had sex about a week agoo. We used a condom and he pulled out before he finished. But when we got finished, we saw a small tear in the condom. It wasn't at the top, it was more towards the base. I also finished my period two days before we had sex. And I can't be on the people because of a hereditary condition. So can somebody PLEASEEE help me and tell me what my chances are. Don't just use me for points. I'm like freaking out and I need some advice. Thank you!
