I can't stop farting!!!!?

Many thanks first of for reading my dire plight...I cannot stop farting and this has been going on for many many weeks - also I have developed a nipple like feature in the middle of my forehead that is very red and terribly sore, I wonder if the two conditions are linked? Thanks for your concern.
