Puppy pees on carpet?

I have a 4mth lab puppy who I take out more than I should to curve her peeing in the house. The problem is when I take her out she doesn't pee or poo she just rolls around in the grass..and as soon as she gets n side..she pees on the carpet.. I've tried the soniczoom pet thing,tried rubbing her nose in it and saying noooooo badddd and taking her outside to finish bt nothing is working. I have not tried the crate yet bc I was trying to stay away it bc she's a very playful and energetic dog (I try to run all the energy out of her and she usually comes in and falls asleep) any suggestions
