What's the best face exfoilator/mask?

Hey I need an exfoliator or mask PLEASE NOOOOOO SCRUBBS!!!!!!!!!! NOOOO SCRUBBS! I hate them. They leave my face dry. I have oily skin t-zone black chiqq. I need some thing built for oily skin peeps. something gentle for my breakouts. Im willinng 2 spend reasonable amount. no more thna 40 srry. i want the exfoliator to lift dead skin cells. Again LIFT MY DEAD SKIN CELLS! to reveal better skin. also not some old lady product.thnksssss
