Hi!! Maybe you should try taking a quick nap just to relax your body. Then maybe, have a quick snack such as, fruits, veggies, or sometimes even cheese to give yourself a new routine. Maybe find or buy a fitness dvd to practice with in your room, and make sure you have room! Also make a routine for your eating and fitness. Just for now, just relax when your done do some push ups, sit ups, etc. i hope my advice helps you! =)
